I was born in a small town. My mother took care of me and my sister alone and we had really hard days very often. When I was 15 I started to work on the local market. I finished technical school and wanted to find a job related to my specialty but here it was impossible.



 

31-01-2008   Vita’s Story

Vita was the third child in her family. The family was not rich and lived in a small town in Ukraine. Vita had to work extra time after school at the market. After school, she decided to go abroad. One Internet page had information about a firm which proposed work as a restaurant and hotel promoter to tourists in Egypt. Vita agreed to accept this offer.



 

31-01-2008   Maria’s story

Maria spent her childhood in Kiev. After secondary school, she entered the Institute of Food Technology. One day she informed her relatives that she wanted to work as a guide in the Spanish camp. Maria left Ukraine.



 

31-01-2008   Natasha

Natasha was born in Lugansk region. She is 13 years old. Her father left the family when Natasha was 7. Her mother was very stressed by this situation and started to drink. Afterwards she began to meet with different men. Natasha became a hinder for her mother who often turned her out to make her private life more comfortable. Thus the girl used to sleep in front of the closed doors

Oksana was born and grew up in Ukraine. After school, the girl attended college in her native town. She has always had a dream to change her own life for the better, and to see a lot of new places all over the world.

Oksana read an advertisement in the newspaper in which the firm suggested well-paid work abroad. She contacted this firm and agreed to go for a job in Poland.
